The story started in 1961 when the late Kamal Ghannam started an olive oil factory in our beloved village, Baakline. § Only little can be done with only olive oil, added to that all the excess oil that was being produced, which lead his son, Mr. Salim Ghannam, founder of the soap factory in 2004, to use this excess and elevate the olive oil factory into a soap factory for producing natural soap bars.
